Is there an expiration date for the gift link?

Product gift links are valid for 30 days, digital vouchers for 1 year. If not used within the period, a refund is automatically processed.

How do I use the digital voucher?

After the recipient logs in, the balance is registered to their account. It can be used like cash when purchasing products, and remaining balance carries over to the next purchase.

How does customization (embroidery/printing) work?

Recipients enter their preferences when selecting options through the gift link. They can choose embroidery or printing for names, initials, or affiliations.

How do exchanges/returns work?

Recipients can request exchanges/returns within 14 days of receiving the product. Customized items may have limited exchange/return options.
