Terms of Use

Last updated June 22, 2026

These Terms govern the use of the HOPPER online store (the "Mall") operated by Radish Inc. (the "Company"), which sells medical and work uniforms and related services, and set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users with respect to the use of the internet-related services provided through the Mall.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Mall" refers to the virtual business venue established by the Company to provide goods or services to users.
  • "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Mall and use the services it provides under these Terms.
  • "Member" refers to a person who has registered with the Mall and may continuously use its services.
  • "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services without registering as a member.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

The Company posts these Terms, along with its trade name, business address, representative's name, business registration number, and contact details, on the initial service screen of the Mall so that users can easily access them.

The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law. Amendments are announced at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to users), stating the effective date and reason.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

  • The Company provides information on goods or services, concludes purchase agreements, and delivers the purchased goods.
  • The Company may change the contents of goods to be provided under future agreements in the event of sold-out items or changes in technical specifications.
  • The Company may temporarily suspend services in the event of maintenance, replacement, or breakdown of information and communication facilities, or interruption of communication.

Article 5 (Membership Registration and Withdrawal)

A user applies for membership by entering member information in the form designated by the Company and expressing agreement to these Terms.

A member may request withdrawal at any time, and the Company will process it immediately. Transaction records subject to a statutory retention obligation are kept for the relevant period.

Article 6 (Purchase Application and Formation of Contract)

A user applies for a purchase by searching for goods, adding them to the cart, completing the order form, and selecting and completing payment.

The Company sends a confirmation of receipt for the purchase application, and the contract is deemed formed when this confirmation reaches the user. The Company may decline a purchase application for legitimate reasons such as items being sold out.

Article 7 (Custom-Made Products: Embroidery, Engraving, etc.)

Products individually custom-made at the user's request — such as names, logos, embroidery, and printing — may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

Any restriction on withdrawal for custom-made products is separately notified at the ordering stage, and production proceeds only after the user agrees.

Article 8 (Payment Methods)

Payment for goods purchased at the Mall may be made by credit card, bank transfer, virtual account, or simple payment, among other methods provided by the Company.

Article 9 (Withdrawal, Exchange, and Return)

A user may withdraw a purchase within 7 days of the date the goods are delivered.

Withdrawal is restricted in the following cases attributable to the user:

  • Where the goods are lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the user
  • Where the value of the goods has significantly decreased due to the user's use or partial consumption
  • Where the value of the goods has significantly decreased over time, making resale difficult
  • Custom-made products (embroidery, engraving, etc.) produced individually per the user's order

Article 10 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable law. The collection, use, provision, and management of personal information are governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Obligations of the Company)

The Company does not engage in acts prohibited by law or these Terms or contrary to public morals, and makes its best efforts to provide goods and services stably and continuously. The Company operates a security system to protect users' personal information.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

The Company operates a customer center to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for damages.

Disputes arising from e-commerce between the Company and users may be subject to mediation by the Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee. Lawsuits relating to these Terms are governed by the competent court determined under applicable law.
