  • At order/payment: recipient details, payment information (card issuer, payment method, etc.), transaction history
  • For custom-made items (embroidery/engraving): embroidery text, logo images, and other information provided by the user
  • Automatically collected: access IP, cookies, service usage records, device information

  • Member management: identity verification, member services, prevention of misuse
  • Provision of goods/services: order processing, payment, delivery, custom production, withdrawal/return handling

3. Retention and Use Period

In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, certain records are retained for the periods required by law:

Requests to access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of personal information may be made through customer service, and the Company will act without delay.

7. Destruction Procedure and Method

Electronic files are deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery or reproduction, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

  • Administrative: establishment and implementation of an internal management plan, staff training
  • Technical: access control to personal information, password encryption, operation of security programs
  • Physical: access control to server rooms and document storage areas

The Company uses cookies to provide tailored services. Users may refuse cookie storage through their browser settings, but some services may then be restricted.
