Ordering · Payment · Delivery

This guide walks you through ordering medical and work uniforms at the HOPPER store, step by step. Even first-time visitors can order easily by following the steps below.

1. Browse Products

Choose a product category such as scrubs or coats from the top menu or the main screen. Each product page shows fabric, fit, color, and size details along with detailed images.

2. Select Options and Customize

Select the color and size on the product page. Some items allow custom embroidery or printing of names and logos.

  • Embroidery/engraving positions and text colors can be selected according to each product's policy.
  • Option fees are added (e.g., name embroidery 5,000 KRW, logo embroidery 10,000 KRW).
  • Custom-made items are produced individually and may not be eligible for exchange or return due to a change of mind.

3. Add to Cart

After selecting options, click "Add to Cart" to add the item. In the cart you can adjust quantity or remove items, or proceed directly with "Buy Now."

4. Complete the Order Form

At the order stage, enter the recipient details and delivery address. Logging in as a member lets you load saved information, and you can also order as a guest.

  • Enter any delivery requests in the memo field.
  • Review the order details and the final amount (product + options + shipping).

5. Payment

Choose your preferred payment method — credit card, bank transfer, virtual account, or simple payment — and complete payment. Your order is placed once payment is approved.

6. Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed through the following stages:

  • Order received → Payment confirmed → Production/preparation → Shipped → Delivered
  • Custom-made items (embroidery/engraving) require additional production time.
  • After shipping, you can track delivery in My Page > Order History.

7. Order Tracking

After logging in, check the status in My Page > Order History. Guest orders can be checked using the method provided at the time of ordering.

8. Exchange, Return, and Cancellation

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the goods. For a change of mind, round-trip shipping fees may apply, and custom-made items (embroidery/engraving) are not eligible. For defective or misdelivered items, the Company covers shipping costs.
